About the Opportunity

Service Stream’s Telecommunications division are currently seeking a Acceptance Project Co-ordinator to join our growing company.

Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Collins Street, Melbourne

Reporting Line: Program Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Act central point of contact for subcontractors and coordinate handover documents from subcontractors as per specific site type or program requirements ensuring all technical demand and adherence to relevant quality standards.
- Support project teams by managing queries pertaining to subcontractor documents and standards.
- Analyse data received by the Design, Construction team and subcontractors to ensure the documents and photographs match the build and design certificates, escalating inconsistencies to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure verification of documents received by subcontractors prior to issuing subcontractor payment advice to Project Engineers to prevent delays in project completion and submission to the clients.
- Ensure document storage throughout the build cycles until final HOP is ready for submission,
- Maintain high levels of data integrity in all Service Stream and client databases where required
- Review project HOP documentation.
- Ensure red-line drawings received from field technicians and subcontractors are complete and issue to Project Engineers for as-built preparation.
- Liaise directly with project stakeholders to define and deliver contract requirements as required.

About You
- Demonstrated experience working in telecommunications or similar field
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and quality assurance processes
- Technical knowledge of Wireless and Transmission configurations
- Experience in TPG & Optus specific systems and other associated sites (NRS, DMS, ITSM, MNIS and RFNSA) is required
- Experience in TPG ORION-R is desirable
- Understanding of Site Acquisition, Environmental and Design (SAED) and Site Made Ready (SMR) processes
- Understanding of mobile communications terminology
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and high level of attention to detail
