Victorian Mechanical Services are seeking to employ a Service Co-Ordinator

As a Service Co-Ordinator you will be the vital link between customers & our workshop

Providing accurate, timely & professional communication, ensuring every customer feels valued & looked after

Key responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate day to day workflow within the workshop
  • Communicate with customers about the status of their vehicle
  • Liase with workshop leading hand regarding vehicle status
  • Generate work orders

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Previous experience within the automotive industry would be advantageous but not necessary as full training will be given
