**Bank of China is hiring a Canteen Manager**

Bank of China is looking for a dynamic and innovative Canteen Manager who preferably demonstrates previous experience in a similar role with a commitment to service excellence.

**About the role**:
You will be responsible for managing the effective and efficient running of the canteen whilst maintaining a hygienic environment.

Trading hours of the canteen: Monday - Friday, 8am - 7pm.

**As the Canteen Manager you will have responsibility for the following**:

- Opening and closing the canteen
- Coordinate the daily operation of the canteen and oversee the preparation of food and counter services
- Identify stock requirements and place orders with appropriate vendors on a regular basis
- Cash handling
- Ensure that the cleaning of the canteen is carried out routinely e.g. dusting of shelves and stock, wiping down benches, cleaning of the coffee machine and other equipment
- Manage and maintain stock at appropriate levels e.g. self-service food and drinks
- Coordinate repairs work when needed for the Inventory Equipment
- Look after the VIP dining room

**Essential requirements**:

- Fluent in Mandarin
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to work effectively as a team player or autonomously
- Familiarity with legal obligations relating to food safety

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
