Bar Managers – Opera Bar & House Canteen

We’re on the lookout for experienced Bar stars to join our incredible beverage team across Opera Bar and House Canteen. Assistant Bar Managers & Supervisors also welcome to apply.

- Thrive in high‑end, high‑volume environments

- Have strong cocktail knowledge and a passion for premium beverage experiences

- Bring attention to detail and a drive to uphold and elevate standards

- Be confident in opening and closing operations and managing shifts

- Inspire their teams with a vibrant, upbeat, and fun culture

- Focus on training and developing those around them to deliver outstanding guest experiences

About You

You’re a hands‑on leader who loves the buzz of a busy service, knows how to motivate a team, and brings energy to every shift. You take pride in smooth operations, strong service standards, and creating memorable moments for every guest.
