- **Base Salary + Superannuation + Not-For-Profit Salary Packaging (up to $18,550 of your salary tax-free).**:

- **5 Weeks Annual Leave (FTE) + 17.5% leave loading + pay during our annual office closure week.**:

**About our role**
- **You will be responsible for reviewing, researching, developing, implementing and evaluating operational policy across Canteen psychosocial services and programs and providing vital administrative and operational support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.**:

- **The role demands experience in all facets of project management, including high level stakeholder engagement, preparation reports, briefings, meeting minutes as well as policy materials, co-coordinating stakeholder activities and maintaining project documentation.**:

- **Additionally, this role requires you to be proactive, an analytical and creative thinker and be able to work independently on delivering high quality project outputs on time and to budget.**

**About You**
- **Relevant tertiary qualification (certificate, diploma or degree) in fields such as public policy social work, public health/health promotion (desirable).**:

- **At least 3 years of experience working within a policy officer role or demonstrated experience of contributing to policy project work (within a related role). Demonstrated experience contributing to organisational accreditation processes and/or working in diversity, equity, and inclusion roles is also desirable.**:

- **Excellent relationship management, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills and demonstrated experience in building collaborative relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.**:

- **A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.**:

- **Warm, compassionate, and friendly approach to supporting our young people**

**_Employment Expectations _**
- **Successfully complete and maintain a current National Police Check and Working with Child Check relevant to the individual’s state jurisdiction.**:

- **Undergo an extensive screening process prior to appointment to guarantee the safety of all Canteen’s stakeholders.**:

- **Provide at least two direct referees to ensure a successful reference check is completed.**:
