**About Them**:
**The Role**:
**General**
- Answer and screen all incoming telephone calls
- Greet clients, consultants, product representatives etc.
- Managing incoming/outgoing mail and couriers
- Banking, deliveries and other errands as required
- Managing conference and meeting room bookings, maintenance and setup
- General housekeeping and maintenance
- Maintain of the presentation of the office, in a neat professional order
- Coordination of client lunches and assisting in office wide special events e.g. Christmas party etc.

**Administration**
- General office wide assistance (date entry, contact updates, subscriptions, booking of cars and staff equipment)
- Implement, document and maintain consistent administration procedures
- Main point of contact to building management
- Manage all office equipment including printers and copiers, including paper supply, replacement toners and service calls
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and consumables
- Photocopying, printing, binding of documents etc.
- Archiving, Product library, liaison with IT.
- Monitor and research advantageous deals or suppliers
- Marketing support to marketing and BD team - presentation materials, submissions, website and media publishing, tenders, EOIs
