Your role will be essential in the day-to-day coordination of the studio, ensuring it's smooth running alongside providing administrative support to the various teams as required.

This position is a full time permanent role based in the beautifully designed office in the heart of Sydney CBD. 

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Meet and greet guests by providing a welcoming and professional first impression
  • Coordinate meeting rooms and break out areas
  • Maintaining office consumables; stationary, printers, ensuring a clean and well stocked kitchen etc.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and monitor level of supplies and handle shortages for the studio
  • Reception cover when needed
  • Assisting with coordination of internal/external events
  • Provide insights and ideas to the team to help curate the studio space
  • Ad-hoc support to the technical and project teams

Who are you?

  • You are a people person with a drive to help and use your initiative.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Great time management and prioritisation skills
  • Strong experience in reception, customer service or administration is required
