**The Company**
Our client, an established and growing IT consulting business in Alexandria, is seeking an Office Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Director, the Office Coordinator is responsible for supporting, organising and coordinating office operations and procedures.
Responsibilities include:
- Work closely with technical/sales team members, clients and support teams to provide admin support and to facilitate problem resolution.
- Order office supplies.
- Handle administration and prepare documents/reports as required.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Calling clients for payment of overdue invoices.
- Process timesheets and calculate commissions.
- Assist in quoting and preparation of invoices.
- Assist with new employee induction/on-boarding.
- Ad hoc duties as directed.
**Skills & Experience**
- 2+ years' experience working in a similar role within an office environment
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- High degree of enthusiasm and initiative
