This is your opportunity to join carsales’ Outbound Performance team as a phone-based Account Manager. In this role you will be working with our Corporate, Industry and Leisure (CIL) clients across the country. Put simply, our CIL team look after ‘anything that isn’t a car’ This is an exciting time to join a rapidly expanding area of the business with unrivalled growth opportunities.
As a phone-based Account Manager within this team, you will be responsible for managing a pipeline of potential business prospects through our existing database to support the growth of our CIL clients. If you are passionate about customer service and proactively building business relationships, then we want to hear from you.

**Job Description**:
**What you’ll do**
- Understand and share expertise in implementing new ways our clients can improve their business by providing a tailored solution from our suite of products.
- Support and maintain existing accounts, track performance and ensure that our clients are receiving the best return on investment.
- Act as a conduit between our internal teams and our clients to coordinate all elements of campaigns and ensure that the quality/expectations are met.

- You're not afraid of getting on the phone and you'll come with a track record of customer service (face to face or on the phone).
- You are a confident communicator who can build sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders and someone who is comfortable with a presentation or two.
- If you have experience within dealership or digital media this is a bonus
