**The Opportunity**

**ADENCO** currently has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced
**Mobilisation Coordinator **to join our team on a permanent basis in Perth.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Working as part of the mobilisation team, mobilise new hires and existing team members to multiple clients and project sites each month.
- Assist in booking medicals, training, inductions, and other pre-mobilization requirements.
- Update company records such as training matrices, roster spreadsheets and internal databases.
- Order and distribute PPE.
- Liaise with clients and key stakeholders to meet mobilisation deadlines.
- Find solutions to roadblocks within the mobilisation process.
- Book travel and accommodation when required.

**Required Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of mobilisation experience in the mining or oil and gas industry
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy
- Efficiency with mobilisation systems (Enable Logistics, ERMS, Definitiv, Workflow, RTIO Sustaining Capital Mobilization highly desirable)
- Positive mindset and ability to multitask and prioritise work functions
- Strong team player and willingness to assist with duties outside of the defined job role
- Ability to think critically and problem solve any issues
