**Mobilisation Coordinator**:

This role will be responsible for providing all facets of Mobilisation and Onboarding with database management, record keeping and reporting. You will assist in the administration and mobilisation of personnel to meet future shutdown and project requirements. With a focus on the on boarding process, you will have a strong process orientation, ability to work to tight time frames, flexibility and willingness to support the broader operations team.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED TO BRING**:

- Shutdown experience an advantage
- BHP / RIO TINTO experience advantageous
- Strong computer skills (Excel / outlook MUST)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal);
- A strong customer service focus with the ability to collaborate and foster teamwork and flexibility to adapt to changing demands;
- Previous experience in coordinating pre-employment and mobilisation requirements (medicals, training, travel, PPE);
- Experience in the utilisation of client systems e.g. ERMS, Workflow
- A flexible and adaptable approach to changing demands within the business.
