Our client is currently seeking an energetic mobilisation Coordinator for a permanent role to join our client located in West Perth. This role is to assist with specialised white collar team roles across a variety of sites. They are seeking someone who is enthusiastic with a high attention to detail who enjoys a cohesive/fun loving team environment. This is an immediately available temp role with potential for extension.

**The Role**:

- On boarding processing for all new personnel
- Ordering PPE and processing all new starters' paperwork.
- Booking Medicals, Inductions and any Training required
- Planning and coordinating of flight and accommodation requirements with site personnel
- Organising site access, collecting tickets, qualification etc.
- Keeping record of purchase orders, invoices, claims and completion of all site-specific paperwork

**About You**
- Prior experience within a mobilisation admin role is highly desirable (Rio, FMG or BHP sites - INX will be highly regarded)
- Impeccable Attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership of your role
- Service minded attitude
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Excellent written, IT and overall communication skills: MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
