Our client is a leading Australian safety specialist, providing services to the mining, oil and gas, civil construction and food production industries.

Due to continued business growth, an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator is required on a casual, short term basis with an immediate start. You will be required to manage the end to end mobilisation and onboarding process and work well within the team to achieve all deadlines.

**Job Duties include**:

- Manage the end to end mobilisation and onboarding process; inviting people to the job, compliance checks, fulfilling site access requirements, issuing flights and contracts.
- Ensuring mobilisation deadlines are met, and any potential shortfalls or additional recruitment needs are discussed with the Shutdown Coordinator/Admin Manager in sufficient time.
- Travel and Accommodation arrangement for Site Personnel where required
- Managing labour lists, and site entry documentation ie; police clearances, medicals etc, and reviewing these pre-mobilisation to ensure all requirements are met.
- Keeping employee folders & recruitment databases up to date
- Assist with recruitment phone screens and general onboarding activities when required

- Prior experience with mobilisation
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience using INX (Desirable)
- Full Australian work rights
