**The Role**

Our resources client is seeking an experienced, high volume and fast paced international travel and mobilisation officer for an ongoing agency contract-based role (with possible extension), working a 5:2 Perth based roster.

**Role Overview**

The main aim of your role would be to assist in the coordination of premobilisation documents of high-volume international mining crews in and out of their workplaces, namely overseas countries in the safest, most efficient, and commercially viable means possible.

You must be cool calm and collected due to dealing with tight time frames and an unpredictable international arena | global time zones. Working alongside a rostered crew change officer and corporate travel agent you will be the master of the operations and be one step ahead of planning and logistics for everyone under your care at all times.

Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to work to tight time frames, action orientated, strong communication skills and transparency in your work will be pivotal in your success in this role.

**Requirements**:

- You MUST have previous knowledge of high-volume mobilisations and worked in a similar mobilisation role within the mining, construction, shipping | marine or the resources industry.
- Previous experience in international crew change | international offshore mobilisations, ex-pat mobilisations, dealing with international flights, embassies and work visas | work permits highly regarded.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Office Suite including WORD, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise your workload.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
