**Talent Acquisition Officer | Healthcare| Brisbane**

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading hospital in Brisbane seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to join the team.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, and recruitment best practices, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, have a high level of attention to detail, and be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Previous experience in healthcare recruitment, with a proven track record of success
- A strong understanding of employment legislation and compliance requirements
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems

**Requirements**:

- Must be **vaccinated against Covid-19** a vaccine approved by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation
