Join our team as the **Talent Acquistion Manager** at The Star Brisbane.

The Star Brisbane is Australia’s newest entertainment hub at the heart of the new Queen’s Wharf Brisbane precinct. The first phase is now open, with more venues and experiences on the way. The Star Brisbane offers a variety of new dining, bars, and unique entertainment options. It also includes a five-star luxury hotel, The Star Grand, and a state-of-the-art Event Centre.

This transformational project has brought even more excitement and anticipation to burgeoning Brisbane. It will redefine how people play, shop, and socialise in the river city.

The **Talent Acquistion Manager** reports directly to the General Manager of People Operations and will lead our high-volume front-line recruitment and specialised corporate hiring. In this role, you will manage and mentor a dedicated recruitment team, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle while developing strategic sourcing strategies.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and play a key role in building a diverse and talented workforce.

**A few of your responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with The Star's overall goals, ensuring a focus on attracting high-quality talent
- Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, ensuring a high level of team engagement through your mentorship and providing a range of opportunities for learning and development
- Track and analyse key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and quality of hire, providing regular reports to stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and optimise the recruitment process
- Implement and promote strategies aimed at attracting a diverse workforce, ensuring that inclusive hiring practices are integrated throughout the recruitment process
- Lead the execution of onboarding learning delivery and operations for The Star Brisbane, ensuring the effective facilitation of learning programs

**About us**

The $3.6 billion Queen’s Wharf Brisbane development is being delivered by Destination Brisbane Consortium - a joint venture led by The Star Entertainment Group alongside its partners.
