**About the role**
Centacare is a growing not-for-profit organisation whose people are critical in their ability to deliver exceptional service to their customers.
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will report to the Senior Human Resources Manager and lead the talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for leading key recruitment strategy and overseeing the people capability of the business. You will be a capable and experienced professional who has awareness of the operating environment and the challenges within the organisation. Your strategic, yet hands-on methodology will complement your collaborative and flexible approach as you liaise with key internal and external stakeholders of the business. You will possess the ability to deliver an exceptional talent acquisition strategy coupled with an exceptional people experience. This role will be crucial to the short and long-term success of the business.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Work closely with the Senior HR Manager, HR managers and the leadership team to develop and deliver on talent acquisition plans and strategies.
- Provide leadership to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure HR performance and effective deployment and development of talent acquisition capability.
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end high-volume recruitment process, ensuring outcomes are timely and meet business needs.
- Develop pipelines and talent pools by proactively engaging with high-quality talent.
- Provide advice, coaching and leadership on all aspects of the recruitment process to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong network relations, including those with external partners of the organisation.
- Utilise both industry and internal data and trends to proactively analyse and predict future market fluctuations.

You will also ideally possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in recruitment databases.
- Exceptional ability to build relationships, partner with the business and drive positive change throughout all levels of the organisation.
- Experience in a similar Talent Acquisition management role wherein you had the ability to be autonomous, creative and lead process changes.
