Your part in our UnitingCare team
- We are currently looking for a recruitment professional to join our dedicated and energetic internal function as a Talent Acquisition Advisor. Located at our Brisbane CBD based office, and also offering work from home flexibilityReporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner you will:

- Own the recruitment needs of your portfolio, specifically supporting our community Aged Care arm of the business

- Build strong and robust relationships with Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders
-Please note this is a 12 month contract, offering full time hours.

What makes a difference for us?- Previous end-to-end recruitment experience (internal or agency) in a fast-paced, high volume environment.- Experience working with an ATS/ AMS, Seek, LinkedIn and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.- Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to deal confidently, confidentially and courteously with people at all levels.- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic work environment.- Strong organisational skills, the ability to successfully complete several tasks concurrently, maintain high levels of attention to detail, maintain documentation and record keeping, and meet deadlines.
