You will enjoy the daily variety of;
- Conducting collection calls (including 30 + day collections) ~ approx. 30 calls per day
- Reconciling accounts
- Liaising with customers and branches to resolve queries
- Opening new accounts
- Running credit reports
- Reviewing credit limits
- Issuing mid-month reminder letters
- Running end of month statements and monthly reminders
- Achieving set targets

Ideally, your experience and skills include;
- Solid experience is a similar Accounts/ Credit &/ or Collections role
- Proven ability to operate in a fast paced/ high volume environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Int - Adv Excel skills
- Excellent organisation & time management skills

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
