**What will I contribute?**

You'll be responsible for the timely administration support to the DC function for the achievement of the overall target of on time and accurate distribution.

**Here's what you'll be doing.**
- Assist with booking in stock received (from growers, interstate offices, market purchases, etc) as required
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in relation to transport Proof of Delivery (POD) queries and returned stock including rejections and over supplied quantities, and grower stock receivables as required

Follow up stock rejections by customers and ensure stock is returned to the warehouse in a timely manner, credited and transferred as/if required.
- Book in stock received from growers, interstate offices, market purchases and others as required
- Communicate with transport companies regarding all freight related queries and truck requirements
- Coordinate all interstate transport and liaise with relevant transport partners
- Invoice customers order on despatch of goods, (as required by the Warehouse Manager)
- Update weekly productivity spreadsheet in Excel and Production Planner
- Liaise with the internal accounts department to reconcile accounts, investigation of POD or pricing related discrepancies and action credits as required.
- Process all relevant credits into specialised computer software.
- Ensure all communication is prompt and professional to both internal and external clients
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Manage all admin tasks related to transport claims
- Responsible for Forklift, truck services and/or booking repairs

**What do I need for the role?**

You'll have:

- 1-2 years previous warehouse experience
- Experience in a fresh produce/markets environment is preferred
- Good time management and planning capability
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail & accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities
