**The Role**
The Defence Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program is seeking dynamic and energetic project officer who can specialise in project scheduling and management systems.
Working in a larger ERP Project Management Office (PMO), the roles will:
- Manage the ERP Program Deliverables process ensuring ongoing updates to the Deliverables Tracker and maintain a single source of truth for all deliverables.
- Liaise with business areas to drive capability adoption and collect future requirements for functionality.
- Manage improvement and development requests and coordinate ongoing development of tool.
- Log project time-lines and maintain database of tasks and its status.
- Schedule Review with project teams and conduct analysis to determine alternative courses of action or recovery on slipped schedules.
- Schedule compliance checks utilising pre built Compliance reporting.
- Organise, implement and maintain scheduling management system.
- Log project time-lines and maintain database of tasks and its status.
- Assist project team to develop and maintain periodic status reports.
**About our Team**
ERP is a highly visible major Defence transformation program that will eliminate hundreds of complicated and unnecessary systems, tools and processes. These will be replaced with a new ERP solution that will provide a single trusted source of accurate, near real-time information. ERP will standardise and integrate critical functions needed to run the Department into a single SAP platform resulting in a major capability uplift for Defence.

- An understanding of Share Point and MS Project professional.
- Good communications skills, in verbal and written form.
- Sound judgment to make good decisions based on information gathered.

- Ability to work effectively in a small team with a focus on achieving larger team/project goals.
- Demonstrated experience in building and sustaining effective relationships across a wide range of team members and stakeholders.
