**The Role**
The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated security officer to join the ERP Operations Team.

This position provides support to the Executive Security Advisor (ESA) and the Assistant Group Security Advisor.

This role also has responsibility for ensuring all security policies and communication are up to date and well promoted across the Program.

This includes developing communication products and channels to support security messaging such as intranet sites, distribution lists and CASG communication channels, as well as updating location specific security advice and guidance.

**About Our Team**
ERP is a large, multi-year, complex ICT program focused on standardising and integrating Defence’s finance, asset management, logistics, estate and human resource processes and systems to drive workforce efficiency and decision making superiority.

To enable this transformation, ERP will transition all applicable areas of the Department to a singular integrated SAP system.

ERP is working across Defence to deliver ICT capability, as part of a multidisciplinary team (which includes APS, ADF and full range of industry partners).

Ultimately this is a high profile position with access to the Senior Leadership, with the ERP playing a key role in helping deliver the Defence Transformation Strategy.

The ERP Operations Team comprises of a small group of professionals responsible for security, finance, accommodation, facilities, workforce management and administration support to the Program.

The team works closely with the Commercial Team and the ERP Executive to ensure compliance, transparency, due diligence and accountability across all security aspects of the Program.
