About the role

**You will have responsibility for, but not limited to**:

- Communicate with partnering teams, clients and customers, and other technical officers, to define progress and track the performance of operations to agreed levels of service. (SFIA Level 5 - ITMG, SFIA Level 4 - ITOP)
- Provide leadership across multiple teams, both within the branch and from various vendors, to achieve the outcomes agreed with the customer/client (SFIA Level 4 - PEMT).
- Manage relationships and the performance of vendors to ensure timely and high-quality services and products are delivered to customers (SFIA Level 4 - RLMT).
- Support code development into the production environments.
- Manage the rectification of code issues and release into production.

There may be a requirement to undertake work outside of standard business hours.
