You will be joining a high-performance team in our extensive operations business with a focus on Technical Delivery and excellence to our clients.
What you’ll do
As the Operations Manager, you will be establishing and maintain the operational excellence across Delivery Teams. You will manage measures designed to safeguard the Information Technology and Management requirements and will be contributing to the Major Incident & Business Continuity plan for Technical Services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Using your extensive knowledge in supporting enterprise-wide environment across Infrastructure Technologies
- Continuing support of managed services ensuring they are highly available and allowing for operational sustainability and ensure teams can meet customer demand
- Ability to work and understand hybrid cloud and native cloud environments and industry best practice relating to Security and hardening
- Previous experience managing and resolving issues across cross functional teams
- Acting in a leadership role for high priority Incident and Problem Management, providing guidance and advice in order to resolve technical problems and issues
- Act as the conduit between Professional Services and Operations, to ensure new or changing services are seamlessly handed over and supported, with appropriate processes, documentation and standard operating procedures
- Understanding of an ITIL processes

What you’ll bring
- Extensive knowledge and experience working with clients to support their environment
- Understanding of ITIL processes
- Demonstrated experience in leading people and teams.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer relationship building and management skills
- Strong presentation and report writing skills including excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of technical infrastructure and related technology dependencies.
