**About the role**
Right now, we are looking for a Helpdesk Level 1-2 to join the team at PeopleIN.
You will be responsible for:
- Adhere to company Support SLA’s
- Identifying and resolving technical issues at 1st and 2nd level support
- Reviewing current systems to identify areas for improvement, and working with the Service Delivery Manager to design and implement appropriate solutions
- Provides assistance, advice, problem solving and technical information to teams within the organisation
- Performs other duties, as assigned and within the scope of the position
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business at all levels. You will be career focused with the drive to take on further opportunities and challenges as they arise.
You will also have:
- A certificate, diploma, degree, or equivalent experience in a Helpdesk
- ITIL Certified
- Attention to detail, ability to adapt and a faultless work ethic
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise whilst building positive internal and external relationships
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in a **_fast-paced _**IT environment
- Sharepoint Administration
- Basic networking systems (TCP, DNS, WAN, VLAN, VPN, basic switching technologies)
