**Essential Experience**
- Min. 2 years' experience in an IT Helpdesk / Service Desk Role
- Previous experience in a Managed Service environment preferred
- Experience working in a fast paced and rapidly growing environment
- Familiarity with Helpdesk tools such as ServiceNow, ConnectWise, Manage Engine or HEAT
- Familiarity with Service Level Agreements
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts
**Technical Skills**:
You must have current experience in the following areas:
- Active Directory (user administration - password resets, account creations, deletions, modifications)
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Corporate experience working with Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10
- General server capacity management/troubleshooting
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve technical issues

**Desirable Certifications**:
- Current Microsoft Certifications (Windows 10, Office 365, Server or similar)
- Diploma of Information Technology or Bachelor of Information Technology
