Your new company is a Non-For-Profit organisation based in Cabramatta area.
**Your new role**
As an HR Officer you will be assisting a small team of 4 with task including, but not limited to:
- General HR administration tasks such as: acting as first POC for HR queries, contract generation, maintenance of the HRIS and HR files, update employee records, arranging specified meetings or events, prepare letters, memos or any other documentation in relation to HR activities, compliance check
- Supporting the recruitment process: advertise vacancies, schedule interviews, arrange panel members interviews, maintain all recruitment records, ensure all recruitment documentation is up-to-date and organised, etc
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant experience in a similar role supporting HR and recruitment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and ability to prioritise between tasks
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills with experience in MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook and ability in managing both paper based and electronic filing systems
