This
**global sportswear brand **and
**household name** is a leader in its industry, with over 70 years in production. The organisations Australian arm are going through a period of brand growth, and they have a rare opportunity for an exceptional HR Business Partner to join them on a
**2-3 month contract**.

This is a true partnering role suited to an HR professional looking to grow their experience in a Retail/Distribution and Warehouse environment to support the team located at the Greater Western/North West Sydney site. This is a true partnering role where
**you will be responsible for **building strong relationships with your key stakeholders to deliver best practice HR solutions across the entire employee lifecycle.

Reporting directly to the Head of People and Culture, you will play a leading role in
**driving performance **across your portfolio, and you will enjoy being in an hands-on and operational role, immersing yourself in your client group to deliver solutions that will HAVE an impact.

You will be a degree qualified HR professional with at least 3 years experience in a similar HR Business Partner role. You must be immediately available.

**On offer**:
$400-$500 per day

Hybrid work flexibility

Up to 3 months contract
