Head of Analytics, Emea

**Overview**

The Share Register Analysis (SRA) team provides high quality reports to over 700 listed UK and European companies. The Head of Analytics will be responsible for the management of a team of analysts, developing and monitoring team processes to ensure the quality and timely delivery of analysis reports for a portfolio of clients. Ultimate responsibility of the quality of analysis provided to clients lies with the Head of Analytics.

The Head of Analytics will interact with clients, investors, custodians, as well as the Share Register Analysis, Client Relations and Business Development teams globally.

**Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities**

Strategic Focus
- Overseeing and managing analysis work and being responsible for all services delivered to all clients in EMEA region

Operational Management
- Reviewing team processes on a regular basis and suggesting possible improvements
- Being the analysis point of contact for key clients
- Ensuring the quality of SRA data using our proprietary software
- Reviewing analysis process and efficiencies

People Leadership
- Responsible for the day-to-day activities, projects allocation and guidance of their team members.
- Set targets, implement guidelines, and assist with any issues the employees may have, ensuring that all members understand the team’s goals and objectives and work together to achieve them
- Escalation contact with Mumbai Hub

Governance & Risk
- First line of defence - initial escalation point for any breaches or issues
- Assess project and operational risk on a frequent basis and escalate concerns to Senior Management as and when necessary
- Record and review processes and practices to ensure the most efficient outcomes and effective project governance

**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- Management experience with Investor Relations Services
- Knowledge and experience in the Investor Relations industry preferred
- Good attention to detail, time management and initiative
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong Excel skills
