**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and versatile **Sales & Operations Coordinator** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, combining **sales, customer service, marketing support, and warehouse operations**.

**Previous experience in the window and door hardware industry is highly preferred.** Product knowledge will be an advantage in supporting customers and handling orders efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide product recommendations and assist customers in selecting the right window and door hardware solutions.
- Process sales orders, prepare invoices, and coordinate order dispatch.
- Pick, pack, and send stock accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support the sales team in maintaining relationships with existing clients and developing new leads.
- Assist with basic marketing tasks such as product research, market analysis, and preparing marketing materials.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and stock movements.
- Perform general office administration as required.

**Key Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle customers and suppliers confidently.
- Basic marketing skills - ability to conduct product research and simple market analysis.
- Organised and detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks — from customer service to order dispatch.
- Physically capable of handling packing and lifting stock when required.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and within a small team.

**Desirable**:

- Experience in sales support, warehouse coordination, or logistics is a bonus.
