**Your new role**

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality? We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Supervisor to join our team. In this pivotal role, your leadership is at the heart of our operations, you will lead and support a highly skilled technical workgroup engaged in field-based activities.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Lead and supervise field-based teams to safely deliver work across various programs, ensuring high standards of quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
- Champion a safety-first culture by communicating critical safety information and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with planners and schedulers to validate work plans and allocate resources effectively.
- Liaise with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders to coordinate activities and resolve issues, including complaints.
- Manage emergency and fault response operations
- Monitor performance using relevant systems, conduct audits, and ensure all compliance documentation is accurately completed.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements in work practices, systems, and team capability.

- Sound knowledge of trade-based practices preferably in the electrical distribution & renewables sector.
- Class C Drivers Licence.
- Electrical Safety Rules accreditation
- Sound knowledge of relevant statutes, regulations and procedures such as safe working practices, industry standards and codes of practice
