Step into a role where your ability to transform data into insight drives real outcomes. As a Junior Reporting Analyst, you create high-quality reports and dashboards that support internal teams and external clients. Working alongside the Insights Analyst, you’ll use modern BI tools like Power BI and collaborate across the business to deliver accurate, meaningful, and actionable data.

**In this role, you will;**
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and other BI tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into visuals
- Identify new data sources and monitor the quality of existing data
- Communicate findings clearly to support business decisions

**What you'll bring;**
- Experience with reporting tools including Power BI and Microsoft Office suite
- A qualification in data analysis, reporting, project management or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- A collaborative mindset and a strong sense of accountability
