We're on a journey to put customers at the heart of everything we do. For our Wagering Product Teams, that means making an impact, shaping our industry for the better and putting customers at the heart of everything we do.
We work on future-focused nation-wide initiatives. You'll love moving at pace, asking 'what if?' and turning great ideas into new realities. Our people are talented, passionate and thrive in dynamic environments. We're not just looking for experts, we're looking for boundary pushers, problem solvers and innovators who want to lead the market and make dreams come true for everyday Australians. Game to join us?
What you'll do
You're a Data Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, data-rich environment who can bridge technical depth with business understanding. Your role is central to transforming raw, complex data into insightful analysis that helps shape strategic decisions, product roadmaps, and growth initiatives.
Working closely with a Senior Analyst, product teams, and stakeholders across the business, you'll use tools like Adobe Analytics, Databricks, Tableau, and SQL to provide insight into digital activity, transactional behavior, and revenue performance. A key focus is understanding user journeys, sign-up behaviors, and wagering propensity, aiming to optimise customer lifetime value.
You will not only own datasets and create dashboards but also contribute to high-impact business cases, drive performance insights, and mentor junior analysts. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role ideal for someone who can move between data engineering, analysis, and stakeholder communication with ease.
What you'll bring
- 3+ years of commercial data analysis experience, ideally in digital, product, or revenue-focused environments.
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Databricks, Adobe Analytics, and Tableau, with experience transforming structured and unstructured data.
- Proven track record in supporting business case development, product roadmap insights, and growth/optimisation initiatives.
Strong stakeholder communication skills—able to present actionable insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Experience mentoring junior analysts and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful, data-driven recommendations.
