Long-term day rate contract 12-months plus ongoing potential, can be based in Inner Melbourne or Geelong with flexibility to work from home and the office to be negotiated case-by-case (preference for 3 days onsite).

$460 per day / $100,000 to $105,000 package equivalent per annum.

**The Role**
The Data, Analytics, Compliance and Sustainability Team sits within front-line Operations Support and Housing.

The team performs data remediation activities to known problem with data quality within front-line operations which can impact Plan funding allocations.

The role will co-ordinate more junior Analysts, allocate work packages, support team members, perform complex data remediation and investigations, assist with escalations, determine root cause of errors and anomalies, create reports, and look at continuous improvement opportunities.

You will support the Assistant Director to build a high performing team.
- Experience in a front-line services Operational Support team
- Strong data analysis and forensic investigation skills to investigate errors with data and determine root cause
- Strong reports development
- Experience leading and mentoring more junior team members, providing escalation support and advice to team members
- Allocation of work packages
- Any experience in health, aged care, disability support services operations highly regarded
