**The Role**:

- Leverage insights from data analysis to shape the Club's business strategies and decision-making, including at Board level.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to understand data needs and strategic priorities.
- Ownership of analytics projects from scoping to delivery, including explaining approaches, methodology and assumptions to relevant Club stakeholders.
- Partnering with the AFL Data & Analytics team to leverage shared platforms and infrastructure including a centralised data warehouse (Snowflake), reporting and visualisation (Tableau), and machine learning capabilities (DataRobot).

**Tech Skills**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in a related role (insights, data analysis, strategy).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesise insight from multiple data sources.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with R or Python.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting insights to a broad range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated skill in data visualisation.
- Current driver’s license to travel to and from key stakeholder premises/meetings.
- Current Working with Children Check or ability to obtain one.
