About The Role
We are seeking an Analytics Lead to join our CBAiQ Established Solutions squad, leading a high-performing team of 5-7 analysts across three key verticals: Property, Consumer Brands and Visitor Economy. You'll be responsible for delivery management, technical oversight, and fostering innovation as we evolve our solutions for an AI-driven future.

The Established Solutions team's mission is to continue delivering current offerings whilst driving efficiency gains with engineering and AI practices, in preparation for transforming to our AI-native product over the next 12 months. This role directly supports CBAiQ's strategic objectives, including delivering sustainable growth, integrating new data sets, and contributing to our ambitious FY25 revenue target.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development : Lead and manage a team of 5-7 analysts across junior to senior levels, mentoring and developing their technical and AI capabilities
  • Delivery Excellence : Oversee product delivery, conduct technical reviews, and manage project timelines whilst contributing technical expertise using SQL and Python
  • AI-Driven Innovation : Champion an AI-first mindset and identify process improvements to drive efficiency gains across all solutions using AI and automation
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as technical subject matter expert for clients and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including presenting insights to high-profile government stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strategic account management experience or similar client-facing leadership
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python programming
  • Team leadership experience managing technical teams
  • Proven track record in project management and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders
  • AI/ML experience with a growth mindset toward emerging technologies
  • Experience with data pipeline optimisation (SQL/DBT)
  • Previous consulting or client-facing experience in analytics
  • Commercial mindset and business acumen
