**BIM Coordinator - APAC**

Are you looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic role? We’re seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator, to assist our teams in the successful implementation of BIM best practice, by serving as a regional resource to our design teams through all phases of our exciting projects. As a part of the BIM team regionally, and the broader Global Digital team, this role will ensure that our project teams are operating at maximum efficiency in relation to BIM and the associated tools and processes, all while contributing to global standards and improvements.

Our teams work in a dynamic and collaborative global design environment with a diverse range of building types including aviation, events venues, convention centers, and sporting arenas. We work as a part of a diverse multidisciplinary team across multiple locations and value applicants who take an innovative and creative approach to pursuing excellence in architecture.

**What are we looking for?**

We are currently on the search for a confident, amazing communicator and initiative-driven person to take the next step in their career and become our newest BIM Coordinator, in Brisbane. Working very closely with our wider BIM teams in Brisbane, Indonesia, and Singapore, this new team member will be critical to ensuring we continue to enable our teams to produce world-class urban design and community-defining projects across APAC.

Specifically, we’re looking for a person who has a passion for:

- Engaging with team members across multiple offices and project teams to enable efficient delivery and management of our digital models.
- Assisting in the establishment of BIM protocols and promoting these systems regionally.
- Working in small to large teams to modify and review BIM models and offer cross-team support for BIM software according to established BIM Protocols.
- Ensuring design models and data are compatible and available to all APAC Project Teams.
- Supporting design teams in resolving technical modelling and design issues by identifying and selecting appropriate technology solutions.

Further to this, the type of person we’re looking for is someone with:

- The genuine desire to drive initiatives forward, while coaching team members and having fun at the same time
- An ability to work both within teams and autonomously to support digital delivery of projects in APAC.
- A willingness to learn new systems and adapt to changing project and industry requirements.
- Confidence in communicating and presenting information across a wide variety of different teams, to promote and excel our digital capabilities.
- Confidence to support staff with their technical queries.
- High-level skill in written, verbal, and non-verbal communication for report writing, presentations, and discussions with peers and clients.
