To support our mission, we are seeking **BIM Coordinator **to join our team in Brisbane.

Reporting to the BIM Manager, the BIM Coordinator will be coordinating the set-up and management of BIM (building information modelling) frameworks on allocated projects to ensure efficiency of planning, design, construction and commissioning of buildings and associated infrastructure.

**As the BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for**:

- Liaising directly with project stakeholders and other departments in the preparation of files for use in BIM package to ensure project requirements are met.
- Provide training and follow up support / guidance to teams utilising BIM software.
- Involvement in bid phase to ensure project BIM requirements are defined.
- Conduct initial set-up of allocated projects into BIM package.
- Prepare models to include additional metadata for use in mapping to BIM packages.
- Ensuring latest models and design changes are captured in the BIM package
- Assist in managing the process of virtually constructing a project via collaboration with the Project Manager and Engineers
- Focus on Project cost and time by ensuring real-time data is available to Project Management teams.

**You are keen on expanding and growing your career within BIM and demonstrate the following**:

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Associate Diploma in CAD/Associate Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- You pride yourself on being able to build and maintain positive working relationships
- You are an effective communicator and are able to clearly articulate complex ideas.
- Strong computer literacy in MS Office Suite, Autodesk Suite, Navisworks, and iConstruct.
- In-depth knowledge of current BIM versions and design industry workflows.
- Holder of or be working towards buildingSMART Australasia Professional Certification - Foundation accreditation
