This position involves overseeing, guiding, and coordinating the process of creating digital models and integrated data from the design phase to the construction phase. The responsibilities include managing the BIM workflow, efficiently addressing any potential issues during modeling, clash detection, and data conversion.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Set up and maintain project-specific electrical models.
- Coordinate with project and engineering teams, updating and modifying the model as needed.
- Develop 3D documentation using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
- Assist engineers with design calculations and drawings.
- Ensure high-quality work delivery within specified time frames.

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a similar role on large projects, preferably Commercial or Rail within Australia
- Minimum 5 years of BIM Coordinator experience.
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Extensive experience with BIM software in building engineering projects.

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
