**Purpose of the Position**
- To maximise store/s performance in region through key areas of team management, sales, customer service, staff retention and recruitment, WHS, visual merchandising, stock management and expense control. _

**Experience, Skills, Qualifications & Behaviours**
- _ Passion and experience in retail and/or service environment _
- _Proven recent experience in multi-site management with total sales in region exceeding $12m._
- _ Proven management and operational leadership with a strong emphasis on interpersonal skills including coaching and developing of team members_
- _ Sound knowledge, skill and experience in Retail Industry_
- _ Proven capability of implementing business plans and strategies_
- _ Formal training and tertiary qualifications in business or retail management would be well regarded_
- _ Highly motivated and team oriented_
- _ Strong communication skills and basic numeric + literacy skills _
- _Knowledge of financial analysis and planning_
- _ Ability to understand and drive business perspective and balance short and long term views_
- _ Excellent time management skills_
