Our client is a leading brand name in the Industrial equipment Solutions, providing site-centric equipment leasing and project support to large asset heavy clients across government, resources, transport, infrastructure and related capital-intensive businesses.
As the Regional Manager – Southern, you report as part of the Exec Team to a Group Executive. The role will lead a $100M business, with 90 staff, across a range of Branch or Depots, with 6 direct managers and indirect reports. The role oversees dealing with major accounts, directly and via a Sales Support, with decentralised sub-P&L Branch type businesses.
So, managing in a hands-on nature, being across the planning, demand management, innovation around client account growth and support, and being a key manager reporting to the Group Executive for the region. You should have P&L experience at a hands-on level, seeking to work in a larger company environment, with regular reporting and performance systems in place.
A strong proactive management style, innovation and growth being a core capability to your skill set. A positive leader, who can develop and build the culture and performance focus.
