With our brands expanding across Australia and beyond, we're growing our leadership team — and looking for an experienced, commercially savvy Regional Manager to inspire, coach, and drive success across our national sales team.
About the role
Based in Victoria and reporting directly to the Head of Sales, this is a pivotal leadership role. You'll oversee a team of up to 12–15 Territory Sales Managers across multiple states, shaping and executing sales strategies, building strong customer partnerships, and ensuring TBN's brands continue to thrive in pharmacies and retail stores nationwide.
If you're a natural leader with strong commercial acumen, confident reading P&L reports, and passionate about developing high-performing teams — this is the role for you.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach and support a multi-state team of Territory Sales Managers
- Drive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and deliver regional growth
- Interpret P&L and performance reports to make data-driven decisions
- Build and strengthen customer relationships with pharmacy and retail partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations and Customer Service
- Travel interstate to provide in-field leadership and support
About you
- Proven success leading large, field-based sales teams across multiple states
- Strong commercial and business acumen, including P&L accountability
- Tech-savvy — confident with CRM systems, reporting tools and digital platforms
- Inspirational leadership style with excellent coaching and stakeholder skills
- Experience in beauty, FMCG or pharmacy channels highly regarded
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a collaborative mindset
