**About the role**

As the **Victorian Regional Manager**, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for the strategic direction and operational excellence of Splend’s Customer Support Hub in Victoria. This role demands a dynamic professional who thrives in a **fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment**, where you will have the opportunity to run your region like your own business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Develop and implement regional go-to-market strategies** that align with national business objectives while addressing local market needs.
- ** Analyze and act on market insights**, including customer behaviour, product performance, and competitor trends, to enhance Splend’s value proposition.
- Drive an **entrepreneurial approach** to scaling operations and achieving regional success, treating the region as your own business.
- Oversee the lifecycle of customer journeys, including onboarding, car inspections, exchanges, terminations, and escalations.
- Ensure **fleet management** standards meet Splend’s operational guidelines, optimizing vehicle utilization and minimizing downtime.
- Maintain accountability for **state-specific revenue performance**, data integrity, and operational reporting, providing actionable insights and initiatives.
- Lead, inspire, and manage a team of **Customer Specialists, Vehicle Logistics Specialists, and Team Leads** to achieve operational and sales targets.
- Foster an inclusive environment, building meaningful connections across diverse cultural backgrounds and championing equity within the team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions, encouraging innovative thinking and career development.
- Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship, cultivating a high-performing and engaged team culture.
- Leverage product expertise to **drive sales effectiveness and customer acquisition**, supporting Splend’s mission to deliver exceptional value.
- Collaborate closely with national and regional stakeholders to identify and execute growth opportunities.
- Represent Splend Victoria with confidence and authenticity in customer and community engagements.
