**About Us**

**About The Role**
We are seeking a retail professional who is ready to take the next step in their career. Leading by example, your role will include leading and motivating the retail team to provide exceptional customer service, product knowledge and reaching sales targets.

Your duties will also include;
- Supervise the day-to-day retail operations, ensuring the needs of customers are met
- Drive sales and profit ensuring the achievement of all set KPI’s
- Prepare and contribute to the monthly reports ensuring all information is relevant, current and presented on time
- Maintain the retail space and visual merchandising standards to brand guidelines
- Developing team product knowledge, education sessions and helping facilitate retail sales training
- Rostering Retail Sales Assistants in line with business demand
- Use your initiative and creative mind to recommend process improvements where needed

**About You**
- Previous Experience in Retail Preferred.
- Experience with visual merchandising.
- Strong attention to detail
- Have clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience working to KPIs and budgets
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Working with Children’s Check (or willingness to obtain) is required for this position.
