**About Peninsula Hot Springs**
Peninsula Hot Springs is a multi-award winning and iconic geothermal mineral springs and wellness destination. Located on the serene Mornington Peninsula, our expansive wellness spa is nestled amongst the natural landscape, offering a range of unique, luxurious treatments to help our guests relax and reconnect in nature. We employ over 300 approachable, professional, and supportive staff across many departments who offer our guests unsurpassed wellness, hot springs experiences and an exceptional level of service.
**The Role**
We are currently seeking multiple experienced and passionate Reservations and Reception Assistants in a casual capacity.
This role will see you working either on-site in Reception at the Peninsula Hot Springs or in our Mornington Reservations Office where you will be managing guest queries and reservations via phone and servicing our guests in a customer facing capacity.
Your day will see you;
- Deliver an exceptional level of customer service as the first point of contact for all our guests arriving on-site at PHS, including greeting our guests, checking them in and directing to their designated areas
- General reception and administrative tasks such as sales transactions, answering phones, preparation of gift certificates
- Ensure the reception area is clean and tidy and well presented for our guests’ arrival
- Undergo training as required for new products, ensuring you have up to date product knowledge
- Manage customer bookings, ensuring a high level of detail and accurate information is provided
- Effectively communicate with other departments in regards to guest queries and requests
**About You**
You will have previous experience in a reception, reservations, administration or customer service based role, with the ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of calls. Quick learning abilities is a must for understanding our booking systems which will require a high level of attention to detail.
Guest satisfaction is key and your strong work ethic and passion for customer service ensures you every success.
We are requiring availability across both weekdays and weekends, with a minimum of 3 days a week availability. You will also be required to obtain or provide a Working with Children Check.
