**The Role**
We are currently seeking a dedicated and self-motivated person to join our friendly food services team in the role of Kitchen Hand. Working in a modest and fast-paced kitchen, you will report to the Head Chef and will be responsible for assisting in the back of house kitchen to ensure:

- All operating equipment is washed and appropriately cleaned and sanitised;
- Areas are kept clean and tidy at all times;
- Assist in the preparation of food and use correct food handling techniques;
- Count, sort and prepare operating equipment as required.

**About You**
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and attributes:

- Safe Food Handlers Certificate;
- Demonstrated initiative with the ability to multi-task;
- Ability to work together as part of a dynamic team;
- Positive attitude, reliable and trustworthy;
- Previous experience in a similar role (desirable).
