**The Role**

**Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal.**

**Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, Thyme’s menu has been created by well-known Melbourne chef, restauranteur, cookbook author and television presenter, Karen Martini - showcasing locally sourced, seasonal produce served alongside excellent coffee, herbal tea blends, local cold-pressed juices and signature cocktails. The wine list highlights the Peninsula’s many local vineyards, distilleries and breweries.**

**We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to assist with the day to day operations of our restaurant, Thyme. This position will**:

- **Oversee the service of food and beverage within the restaurant, bar, private pools, spa relaxation lounge & operations**
- **Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service and professionalism, ensuring every guest enjoys a flawless dining experience**
- **Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with recruitment and training of Food & Beverage staff**
- **Coordinate between restaurant / bar and other relevant departments to ensure that preparations for events involving restaurant and bar service have been made**
- **Assist with the back of house administration including but not limited to rostering, stocktake, Standard Operating Procedures, supplier management etc**

**We will provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster. Weekend and night availability is a must.**
