Crown Property Services is seeking a **dedicated and reliable Night Shift Cleaner** to support our Team Leader as **2IC (Second in Charge)**. This role is ideal for someone with leadership skills and strong cleaning experience who is ready to take on extra responsibilities.

In this role, your focus will be supporting our Team Leader and cleaning team deliver an exceptional quality service whilst maintaining safe work practices at a health spa and wellbeing facility located in the Mornington Peninsula area.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Hands-on commercial cleaning duties and 2IC to Team Leader
- Perform general cleaning duties including internal and external areas of the facility
- Support the Team Leader to manage schedules and ensure shift coverage
- Overseeing the cleaning team
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high-quality standard
- Action all requests in a timely manner
- Manage cleaning supplies including hazardous chemicals
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain quality control
- Assist with training and guiding cleaning staff

**To be considered for this role you will have**:

- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Comfortable with using some hazardous chemicals, such as chlorine and acid wash, and or willing to learn
- Good understanding of health and safety practices
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be available for work on Sundays
- Valid Victorian driver’s license
- Reliable transport to and from work
- A current police check (Within 6 months) / ability to obtain

(Night Shift allowance as per award).

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $38.70 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 24 per week

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
