The Opportunity

Samsung Electronics Australia is looking for a Claims Team Leader to be responsible in approving claims from Samsung Business Partners and leading the Sales Administration team with a true team-player attitude.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Review, Analyse and approve Sales Incentive related promotions, invoices and claims from Samsung Business Partners. Sales Promotions include Rebate; Sell Out & Sell Through Incentives, Price Protection and Adjustment of Price.
- Verify Incentives and ensure the estimates are prepared by checking the required data.
- Lead and mentor Sales Administration team
- Assist Internal and External stakeholders with any queries relating to invoicing, claims, processes, pricing, accruals
- Liaise with Sales and Product managers to ensure all Sales Promotions & Pricing align with company policies

**Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful for the role, you should have a "can do" attitude with a proactive approach. Relevant experience / skills include:

- 2 years of relevant experience within accounts and administration
- Experience in SAP
- Experience in claims is preferable
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate excel and power point skills
- Strong customer interaction skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
