**A bit about you**:
You’ll ideally have prior experience leading or supervising a Claims team
You’ll have an eye for best practice and continuous improvement
You’ll be someone who always hits your individual KPI's, and enjoys helping the team to reach theirs
You’ll enjoy operating in complex, fluid environments
Above all, you’ll have a passion for people - both customers and team members

**A bit about the Job**:
You’ll be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team
You’ll oversee the day to day work of your team to ensure accurate and timely claims processing in line with applicable laws and administrative rules, as well as departmental processes and procedures
You’ll instil a team attitude towards delivering consistent, professional and proactive customer service
You’ll ensure financial responsibility and effective management by means of identifying trends, designing and delivery programs to mitigate loss/or leakage to claims and business impact.
You’ll review and analyse customer satisfaction results, voice of the customer and Quality Assurance metrics to design, deliver, coach and recommend improvements.
